I think Jimmy B's has one of the best happy hours with great deals and quality food and drink options. The Drake also does a good job.

Fair Weather Friend has a fantastic happy hour. 1/2 off full pours M-W 4-6 and discounted cheese or sausage pizzas. I wish we lived closer.

Red Prime's happy hour includes a pretty good Old Fashioned for $6 and a 1/2 lb. hamburger that is one of the best in the city for $12.

Bar Arbolada, $5 old Fashions (very good ones!) 4pm-6pm. Goes great with the regular priced double cheeseburger and fries for $9 and $2.

R&J also has decent old fashions for $5.70 during their happy hours (2pm-6pm), plus their food is very good, but more costly than Bar Arbolada.
