The owner of Alma and the people who managed it are different from the Chef. What ever comments were made were likely not connected to Chef Hutton, unless of course you saw that on his personal account?

I was under the impression that he was owner/part-owner/manager of Alma, as well as the chef, due to the personal naming/story of it, but I am apparently wrong, mea culpa.
