Scalp/dethatch lawn (spray company supposedly aerates, so I have that covered)
Mow/weed-eat lawn (might have gotten some recs for this in the past, I'll have to check, but asking again in case I can't find them)

Re-tile bathroom with radiant heat
Re-glaze bathtub (the real way - sanding, etc.)

Reproduce door molding from sample
Replace missing sliding 1950s closet doors
