After some time sitting empty there's activity in the building. Storage containers, contractors trucks, bunch of cars, etc. Any idea what might be going in there?

Pete 05-31-2024, 11:54 AM There haven't been any building permits but OTOH that building is completely turn-key, with furniture, conference rooms, cafeteria, etc. It has been for lease for a while and I just texted one of the brokers to find out more. Pete 06-03-2024, 11:17 AM I confirmed this property has been leased, but still working on the name of the tenant. Dob Hooligan 06-03-2024, 12:04 PM I'm afraid I have no idea where in OKC this is. Can someone tell me? Pete 06-03-2024, 12:10 PM I'm afraid I have no idea where in OKC this is. Can someone tell me? Just north of the airport. Dob Hooligan 06-03-2024, 12:24 PM Just north of the airport. Thank you, sir. Bill Robertson 07-22-2024, 10:56 AM No signage but whoever leased it has moved in. Our driveway is straight across from the huge rental car complex driveway. I've worked there for the past 22 years. The hangar is a half mile south at 5600 Air Cargo. The old SW Airlines call center is 5300 S Meridian. The CBP hangar is a half mile south at 5600 Air Cargo. As a side note. One of my life highlights is meeting with a handful of CBP NATC officers at Chilis and making notes and drawings of what we wanted for a hangar building. Over chips and margaritas. This was about four years before the opening of the hangar. And I oversaw the construction from ground breaking to the opening. A great time of my career. Pete 10-16-2024, 04:58 PM Oops! Looks like it may be home to Navy Federal Credit Union. Perhaps back office? ManAboutTown 10-17-2024, 10:50 AM Oops! Looks like it may be home to Navy Federal Credit Union. Snowman 10-19-2024, 03:46 AM it is really interesting that Navy federal went nation wide .... where the Air force has almost 1 per base ... that are not really affiliated .. It seems like Air Force is more the classic credit union model. Navy bases having such concentration of workforces at the major bases, may have allowed for one to scale way larger than most others could. |
