Old Jamba Juice and little Caesar’s building razed - every restaurant that went there over the decades didn’t seem to last. Is something finally going to be built here?

Wait what?! I drove by just about a week ago. Either I don't notice things or this just happened.

So the whole building is gone? No pizza, no nothing? I know Jamba has been gone for a while from that spot.

We saw that yesterday. Was this where Macaroni/Pepperoni Grill used to be?

There's been a sign on that corner for years about a development going right there on the corner. I'm assuming it's finally happening? I wanna say the sign says it's a Naifeh Development. But again, that sign has been there pre-covid.
