Anyone know if anything else is on the horizon for the I-44 Service Road between SW 89th and 104th? I'm surprised nothing else has been announced for that strip of land yet, with thousands of people working less than a half mile away at Amazon.

Surprisingly that 104/S. May is getting all the new development. I believe that the service road on the east side is all owned by the Odom family who don't have need to sell it quickly. I had heard at one point that the oldest Odom wasn't selling land anymore but only doing long term land leases. I do not know if true but was a good source.

Maybe a homeless camp? It appears some of the homeless are making their way into the trees and bushes in that area.

The amount of land that family has in SW OKC is nothing short of astounding. I cannot even fathom the amount of money they have made selling over the years. WOW.
