If the vibe is as cool as Roosevelt's in Tulsa and the food and cocktails are as good as The Hamilton next door, both of which this group operates, this place should do well.

I don't think this is happening.

Their building permit was issued back in April, and zero work has been done. They also have not done social media updates in a long time.

A friend of mine is lined up to be a sub-contractor on this, and he thinks it is still happening. General has kept in touch and is realistic.

This is definitely happening. It's been delayed due to investor issues and financing, but I believe construction should start here within the next 30-60 days.
