Not sure where in the building this is going to be located, but my best guess is the basement. Same building as Hurts Donut and Boomtown. Looks to be a high end type of menu.

Yes, basement.

I saw the building permit.

A bar was prosed for that space but died on the vine; this was about 4-5 years ago.

They will be having a Soft Opening this Thursday the 18th. 7pm to 10pm half off food and drinks.

Anyone tried this place yet? Looks cool and has some good reviews on Google and Opentable.

I’ve been there for drinks. Nice vibe. Not sure about food offerings.

I think it will get better too if it lasts, cool vibe.

Believe there's some affiliation with The Flea's ownership.

It is a good restaurant, I have been twice and been fairly whelmed every time. It is not a great spot to stop by solo, but with a date or friend the vibes are good.

They have a great every-day happy hour as well, unless that's changed in the week or two since I've been there.
$5 old fashioneds, daiquiris, and tacos from 4-7 or something like that.
