Not sure where in the building this is going to be located, but my best guess is the basement. Same building as Hurts Donut and Boomtown. Looks to be a high end type of menu.

A bar was prosed for that space but died on the vine; this was about 4-5 years ago. It is not a great spot to stop by solo, but with a date or friend the vibes are good.
