Looking for an estate sale company/person that can come in to a house and go through everything in it and either sell, donate, or throw away all of it and completely empty the house out. Do they usually do that and if so, does anybody have any recommendations? Thanks...

I do not know how they work on the seller side, only the bidder side though.
