Hey guys, new poster here.

My name is Trevor and I lived in OKC between the years of 1989 and 1994.

I've been trying to find out more information, if ANY even exists based off of a window display in an antique shop I saw as a kid.

The shop was either in Guthrie, Oklahoma according to my mom, or possibly in OKC itself, which I seem to recall.

Anyways, there was a shop that had what my mom described as a paper mache clown sitting in the window. Every time we would drive past the shop, she would point it out to me and I'd get excited.

Unfortunately, that is the entire extent of my memory of it. I don't know the name of the shop and even the description of the clown is incredibly cloudy for me since I was around the age of 4 to 9 when I saw it. My mom stated that the clown was gone before we moved.

Anyways, if anyone is able to help with this or even has a picture, that would be great! It's something that has been persistent in knowing more about for many many years.

Just a guess...with no picture. N.May and 10th area had antique stores with windows for display. Without description...where you lived in Okc -was it close to where you lived...were you being taken to school(what school)-hint location...can you describe other buildings or business close by the antique store or along the way.

More info would help narrow down the area, location and maybe the store.

If anyone can get their hands on clown suitcase, I very much like to see what’s inside of there.

I apologize for my late response on this. I lost my login information to respond.

Talking to my mom on this, she said the store was actually located in Guthrie, but I don't believe the store was that far away.

I didn't drive past it as often as I would like to believe, but my parents would always point it out when we did
Unfortunately, I couldn't give you an estimate on how often I saw it, as it wasn't a routine sighting for me.i lived on NW 13th St. and went to Hawthorne Elementary for two years, before changing schools to Buchanan Elementary.

Again, my memory is very hazy on what the clown looked like. I thought it may be a display of Ho-Ho the clown, something I wasn't familiar with until very recently, but I couldn't locate any results.
