The Deer Creek School district has submitted a construction permit for a new elementary school just to the northwest of Paycom HQ on Council between 150th and Memorial. This will be about 2 miles west of the existing Spring Creek Elementary and right on the edge of Deer Creek/Piedmont Schools border.

The Deer Creek School district has submitted a construction permit for a new elementary school just to the northwest of Paycom HQ on Council between 150th and Memorial. This will be about 2 miles west of the existing Spring Creek Elementary and right on the edge of Deer Creek/Piedmont Schools border.

Basically just a mile west of Spring Creek. Which is at capacity and already added a wing or two and it’s less than like 7 years old from original build.
That area is booming

I believe there are also apartment slated to be right near this new school so that will add more students quickly
