Anyone know of any other plans for the open land on the other corners of this intersection?

They do have another small strip center to the north of Little Caesars. It’s like a 4 storefront building. I don’t know if anything else on the east side of the intersection though.

There is a small apartment complex slated next to Little Ceasars as well (just to the west of it on Reno).

They've got the steel frame going up on the strip center. Little Caesar's hasn't opened yet but the building (at least the exterior) has been complete for awhile. They may be waiting for the work to finish on the strip center.

Anyone know of any businesses going into the new 3 store strip center?

Little Caesar's may be close to opening, I've seen lights on in there at night and it looks to be pretty close to set up. Still unsure of tenants for the strip center.
