It is pretty funny. I'm guessing he has a note pad on top of the stool on his right that has the key locations and local stuff written down in sequence. Probably a regular part of his routine that he customized for each city.

Supposedly he used to live here. He was on Marc Maron's podcast a few months back and said that he got his start performing in OKC (to Marc's shock.) I say "supposedly" because most of his interview sounded like he was making stuff up the whole time.
