Started out as a convenience store and was most recently a marijuana outlet. Pete 01-25-2023, 05:36 PM You must mean the NE corner where there was a small strip center. I found the demolition permit but there have been no new building permits filed. catcherinthewry 01-25-2023, 05:56 PM Yes, NE but it was a single building, not a strip mall. Martin 01-25-2023, 06:48 PM could've sworn that it was built as a circle k but the cleveland county assessor's site says it was sold by 7-11 in 1998. I don't think it has been a convenience store since then and has spent most of that time vacant. what's strange to me is that cannabless still lists the location on their website. if they planned on building a new storefront, you'd think they would start the permitting process before demolishing the current structure. artynok 01-25-2023, 08:39 PM Martin, I think you are right, 7-11 may have sold it. But that building looked like the original Circle K's that we had in the 1980's. My kid's school is right around the corner. That lot seems too small for a modern convenience store though. Zuplar 02-07-2023, 08:38 PM You can do a permit search on the cities website. I usually just look up the zip or one of the main cross streets in the search then scroll till I find what I want. Usually doesn’t take much. |
