I guess the opened a month or so ago downtown right next to Jinya Ramen, at 408 E 2nd street. Definitely a small spot, no drive through of course. We went there last night with some friends, and was pretty impressed. They also have a nice confectionery where you can get pecan pralines, candy apples, etc., and they even have the mysterious blue moon ice cream flavor from the upper Midwest. This joint is from Michigan, so that probably explains why.

Most of their locations are east of Tulsa, but it looks like they have been moving west so I wouldn't be surprised if one popped up in OKC soon.

And here is a link if you want to read about Blue Moon. I was excited to try it.

Their toasted coconut is one of my favorite ice cream flavors anywhere.

This place came as kind of a surprise. I did a little Christmas shopping there. It's not really noticeable and the covered patio of Jinya kind of blocks it. I hope it lasts. I think it will do well with the weekend crowds this spring, and once Santa Fe is completed that area will be more busy.
