A PGA Tour Superstore is coming to Memorial Road near Quail Springs Mall.

Plans have been filed for a 30,000 store at 2727 W. Memorial, a building that was formerly home to Platt College.

In addition to a massive amount of merchandise such as clubs, apparel and shoes for men, women and children, the store will offer certified golf pros and personalized lessons. There will be a large area dedicated to tennis as well.

Also, swing simulators for lessons and custom club fittings, performance bays with swing analysis, and a 2,000-square-foot putting green.

PGA Tour has 67 locations in 22 states; this will be the chain's first store in Oklahoma.

Solid get for OKC, these stores are really nice.

This is a great get, but I’m surprised they are moving to that location. Golf Galaxy is basically across the street and Golf USA is a quarter mile north of it. Suffice to say, I think Golf USA won’t survive. Maybe they will move to a more central location and be the only golf store near Penn Square or somewhere in that area.

Hopefully we will get a nice one / I'm sure the fact that it will be a new build out will help. Was in one in Jacksonville, FL a couple of weeks ago that was on the smaller side and not nearly as nice as our current Golf Galaxy.

Work has started on the tenant build-out for this store.

They also just filed for a sign permit.

External signage is up at this store.

The grand opening for this is scheduled for next Saturday, 9/23. I plan on being there!

Got a couple of coupons in the mail! Ready to check it out!
