Groundwork has begun on the new Mustang Market place that will be east of the existing Walmart near SH 152 & Sara Road. Haven't seen anything on tenants but several large lots with an even bigger lot for maybe big box retail behind.

The rumors I’ve heard are that the big box in the back is supposed to be a Hobby Lobby and one of the pads up front is going to be a Rib Crib. Not sure how credible they are but I suppose it’s plausible.

That would be a pretty good place for a Hobby Lobby, but I don't think they ever build their own stores. They seem to lease out or buy vacant stores to establish in. A better choice would be a Home Depot. The Yukon area really needs a Home Depot, instead of having to rely on just Lowes.

I took a look at the Mustang Managers report today and it says that Panda Express will be the first to build in this new development.
