It will be a parking lot expansion for the Integris building to the south.

Looks like they've left room to add another small building later.

I work across the street from there and know many who are in that building from being in healthcare and they have stated multiple times that they are crammed for room in the current building.

When Gulfport built that building, they planned for a sister building to be erected on the parking lot footprint in future years. It was to house additional office space and multi-level garage parking.
