What's replacing the Mcdonalds and Valero station, At NE 10th and I-35

Probably the same as with the other ones that were combo McDonald's and gas station. Many are being converted to just a standalone McDonald's.

I made a thread about this awhile back https://www.okctalk.com/showthread.php?t=47033, but Pete said the land is actually owned by ODOT and it looks like either McDonald's or ODOT decided to not renew the lease. So it looks like its going to stay permanently closed.

If it was ODOT that decided not to renew, might that be related to plans to upgrade/expand that stretch of I-35?

That's not good news for the truckers, since there's a CAT scale there for them to weigh trucks.
