They're building a foundation at the NE corner of SW 89th and May. It's pretty small. One thing that's weird is they haven't done any real ground work at the site. They came in and poured some limestone and then began building a foundation. Anyone know what's going on?

Okay. Judging by the size of the foundation, I thought it might be one of those small drive through coffee places. The whole way they're going about it kind of threw me off though. Glad to see something popping up that corner though!
