Looks like the old Golden Corral on Air Depot is being converted into an office space. I dont think that i've seen one of these converted to office use before, rather typically just torn down. It says plans for 30 employees...that's a lot of space for 30 people. So i'm curious if they plan on growth or are potentially going to sublease part of it.

I wonder what is going to happen to the golden corral on NW expressway between N meridian and n marcarthur? It has been closed for a long time now.

MWC hasn't ever had too much difficulty in filling or replacing large buildings. Heritage Park is the exception, but its not your traditional space either. All of the old walmart/target/kmart etc locations over the years have either been dozed and rebuilt, or converted to something. So i'm actually not surprised in the slightest that this was filled. It took a couple of years, but remember the new location in Del City opened just before the pandemic hit. So those 2 years weren't normal for anyone in real estate. Given that, 2 years is pretty down right amazing.
