The lot south of the Autozone parcel was separated out when they made the deal with AZ.

However, there have not been any type of permits for that separate property.

I drove by just now. They cleared the grass. The section near 134th and May is all dirt. Heavy equipment parked on the side. Looks like prep work.

You can do site work but you can't actually build anything without building permits and there has been nothing filed for this site other than Autozone.

That entire property has drainage issues and there will be a detention pond just east of Autozone.

I suspect what you are seeing is site work around that issue, rather than construction for an additional building/business.

If I'm not mistaken, I believe the poster is referring to the north side of 134th just across from the Neighborhood WalMart

if we're talking about the nw corner of sw 134th & may, then i think there was a thread on this... it's going to be a new subdivision. i'll see if i can track it down.
