Maybe I just never noticed it, but there's construction barrier black fencing across Hudson from Scissortail Park surrounding the vacant lots. Has that been there, or is there finally some movement here?

They are just to stop erosion since those buildings were demolished.

Been there quite a while; at least a year and probably longer.
