A tower development in bricktown??? I can’t find these renderings anywhere else but maybe I’m missing it? Has this already been canned? I don’t see it on the project list here?

This was a pie-in-the-sky proposed development several years ago that never came to anything.

I believe the renderings were commissioned by a group that was trying to find investors, but nothing ever happened.

That would be nice but I think this was proposed a long time ago and never went anywhere. It was called the Lumberyard project or something. It certainly would be nice. It looks they are a real builder who has projects going on around the country. Not sure why they’d propose this in Bricktown and not be serious about it.

High rise developments are nice if you can keep good tenants in the building; hire security and have an active community.
