The property was recently purchased by the local owner of an electric supply company.

No new plans have been filed as of yet.

About time for that eyesore to comedown. I remember when it was the Black Gold Restaurant.

It looks like they are going to build something on this corner lot. Was wondering if anyone could tell me what it might be? It's the corner where the old gentlemen's club used to be. Thanks.

They need to give the same treatment to all the motels just to the south of this!
