The best chance recently for this to develop was at the Evans Fintube site, but the developer team did an absolutely horrendous job of presenting the project and royally p*ssed off the community, so that won't be happening. Not sure where else in the downtown vicinity they have a chance to shove something like this in. There's some space on the east side of the loop, but it's been in limbo with different owners.

IF they built a stadium I like the 5th & Peoria area if they could acquire the city block owned by Indian Health Resources. No idea what their plans are for the site though, it may be slated for additional expansion.

I really doubt the stadium proposal for the Evans Fintube site is going to is going to win the RFP. Greenwood needs no more stadiums and the public would be furious.

5th and Peoria in the Pearl District would be good, but IHRC does have plans for the land they own. The Brickhugger owned Nordam site at 5th and Kenosha in downtown would work. The concrete plant on the west side of the river would be good as well.
