Autozone is going in on SE corner. The NW corner is where the earth moving equipment is. New housing development going in there I believe.

Who will be the developers for the additions.

I haven't heard who the developer will be but my understanding is that it will be high density townhomes.

Heard the same thing (townhomes) from someone I know personally but did not share the name of the developer.

Developers are Mirage and Legacy per the tiny signs on site. We we're interested in the area and sent queries to both about plans, here's a selection from Mirage's response.
