Chisolm Creek is generally bringing in much better brands, especially restaurants. No grocery stores in CC
Correct. For some reason, I miss took this thread and thought it was referring to the thread at that project that’s going on at Broadway extension and Wilshire. That was the development. I was referring to not this one. But I would rather see Chisholm Creek take its time and get quality developments rather than rush it. I was just curious what the holdup was cause it seems like it’s in a good area and everything they build is successful. Even though a couple businesses have closed down they seem to fill back up pretty fast.

We enjoyed the Tazikis Mediterranean Cafe when it was in Edmond. They closed about 2 years ago, IIRC? Curious how this location will work out...

I was in Little Rock this holiday and noticed both Waldo's and Tazikis while in town. We tried Tazikis and thought it was okay and had some interesting items on the menu. We never made it into Waldo's, but it looked busy.

The Tazikis owners started Waldo's about two years ago. It's a Little Rock family that does good work and puts a lot of thought into its ventures. Waldo's is basically a higher scale Zaxby's that serves beer etc.

We loved Tazikis also and were sad when it left. Glad it's making a comeback!

Looking forward to trying Waldo's.

The sale of these 2 properties have now closed (the combo restaurant and the lot to the south)
