There's a housing development being built on Sara Road, south of 29th Street, just to the south of Mustang Canyon School. Does anyone know who the home builder is? It looks to be mostly starter to just above starter homes. I'm just curious as to what kind of pricing there will be.

Can't find anything on the MLS. If they are like a bunch of the other above average smaller starter homes in the area you're probably looking at either side of $200K
