just in case somebody asks about this...

i noticed site work yesterday at the northwest corner of sw 119th and portland, across the street from oncue. the address is 3705 sw 119th. according to the okc permit system, this will be a retail liquor store called 'southlake liquor.' the structure will be 11,900 square feet, so the space will probably be divided for other potential tenants. for comparison, the retail portion of byron's is 9630 square feet.

edit: found the site plan and it will be a 10-unit strip center. the plans use the name 'avaan plaza.'

Noticed this this morning. The problem I see is this is at a pretty dangerous intersection and the way that there is stop signs just back to the west on the off ramp. I wonder when the city is every going to do anything here. I feel like there may also not be turn lanes here off 119th, but I might be misremembering.
