Anyone know what's going in? I assume its either Ben E Keiths expansion or more industrial warehouses. This was the last bit of trees left in the area.

There have been no permits filed of any kind.

It looks like it's owned by the City of OKC.

The property was purchased by DPI 144-Santa Fe, LLC on October 8th, 2021 for $1,300,000 for $60,000/acre more or less. It hasn't been mapped on the county assessor site yet because it was split from a parent parcel. The new parcel number is R148512265.

There is an application (Case No: 7380) to plat the 21.6757 gross acres with 14 industrial lots called Santa Fe North Industrial Park.
