Rumor has it a new restaurant is proposed on the NE corner of NW 178th & May across the street from the proposed 7-11, Taco Bell and Starbucks. Can anyone confirm?

No more construction equipment and there is a for sale sign.

Please, someone choose a different shingle color... I suspect the HOA requires only the one color, but what a drab sea of gray.

The only building permit for that site was for a Winston restaurant so it looks like that project is going forward after all.

Hal Smith filed their permit for interior finish out. I'm sure it will be very nice if the Norman location is any indication.

Training going on yesterday. There was a sign out front that said they will be opening next Tuesday 3/5.

Last weekend, we drove by and the parking lot was completely full, so we thought they were open already. We noted there were no banners or signs and sure enough, the lot was mostly empty several hours later.

They are now officially open.

If it does as well as the one in Norman it will be a 45 minute wait every night. We enjoy it with the outdoor patio.
