It has been posted elsewhere that the first Tiff's Treats in OKC (cookie delivery and pickup) opened in the Steelyard complex in Bricktown.

Now, they've filed plans for another location, this time at 2401 W. Memorial. It's the little strip center in front of Lowe's and the space is between Blaze Pizza and Sports Clips, with Firehouse Subs being on the west end.
