Well, at the risk of being chastised I have to say I'm not a fan on the pastry side. On the Gelato side, I have not tried it. I think their prices are on the high side for what you get and on a level of authenticity, I'd give it a 3.5 out of 10.
I would say she's an aggressive and savvy business woman though who works hard at her businesses success which is to be admired.
