I can't pick just one, I love either a Ribeye or a T-Bone on the grill. Either is mighty fine.

I prefer a ribeye if I'm grilling or New York strip if I'm using sous vide. For anyone who likes their steaks medium rare there is no better method than sous vide followed by a reverse sear. Perfect every time.

Ribeye. But If I'm doing a sauce or something, probably a NY strip.

But, haven't done that in a while. Grilled mushrooms have been my thing recently. Trying to eat less meat.

Usually grill them with steaks.... Have my girlfriend hooked on them now.... Marinated with garlic, coconut aminos, and avocado oil for an hour or two and then cook them until they are crispy on the outside.... She wants them with every meal now... LOL
