It's a multi-building development.

I believe the building that runs north/south (2nd and 3rd images) is shown in the upper right of the site plan below; the east/west building will house Old School Bagel (4th image) and I believe it will be located in the upper left.

i like them, too... they tried a location south of 19th on the i-35 frontage road and it didn't work out. hope this location generates more business.
