I wasn't sure where to ask this, so hopefully this gets some views/responses.

There is an area east of the Terex USA plant on the south side of I-40 (right before you get to the North Canadian River) that has undergone some serious earthmoving. Does anyone have any idea what's going on? Is it owned and being used by Terex?

I believe it's this area on Google Maps: https://www.google.com/maps/@35.4579952,-97.6742517,607m/data=!3m1!1e3

It's not owned by Terex, it's a local investor.

It's home to Epic Paintball and they have done a lot of improvements, such as adding lights. I believe you can drive ATV's out there as well.

They lease the property to the east (along the river) from the City.

It might be the bike path bypass. The city is putting in a bike path to bypass the one that is eroding next to the river. Pro Bike has a Facebook post about it
