Have some friends coming to OKC from Austin this weekend and need advice on a good upscale-ish brunch. I haven't been out much during the pandemic and some places I have been have slipped a little. Who is doing a great job during the pandemic?

Not sure if they have a brunch menu, but would recommend Jimmy B's in addition to most of the places listed. Frida is also a good option.

Cafe Kacao is the best breakfast/brunch/lunch in the city IMO. They have gone beyond most restaurants with their COVID precautions. Your friends from Austin will thank you.

1492 has fantastic brunch

. . .not sure where you have been that has "slipped", but I would consider Cheever's, Cave Cuvee, The Hutch, and La Baguette on May.

Cafe Kacao has by far the best brunch, AND the best covid precautions.

if so i disagree i go 2 or 3 times a month and think it is as good as ever ..

Everything mentioned is good. Kacao is the best. And they have a menu more unique than most. But, get on the list early.... Very early.
