I noticed there was a construction crew inside the old Pei Wei on 19th St that was essentially "gutting" out the building. Anyone know what is going in there? I assume you wouldn't construction unless you already had someone sign a lease.

I went there and asked the construction crew and they said they are just cleaning it up for a future tenant whenever they sign a lease

Integris Urgent Care will be taking over the former Pei Wei location.
