Example, within a mile of that location, this was a 2 minute google search going N-E-S-W of the location. So to me, this is just the reincarnation of retail in Midwest City, where it's town center focused and not mall based. However, there are Quite a few McDonald's and Wendy's in that search, but can never be enough Chick Fil A, Whataburger!!!!, Freddy's, or steak/shake IMO. Surprised there's no Popeyes, Del Rancho, or Church's. Add Shake Shack, 5-Guys, and In-N-Out to that area and you're in heaven.
