I don't know if it's related (I'm looking online), but this is the area that Norman Regional Hospital got approval to build their new free-standing ER as well as some ancillary services. Maybe tied to that project?

The NRHS FSED will go into the field adjacent (along 24th Ave SE) to Perfect Swing. It is expected to be open in Q4 2022. So looks like Perfect Swing will be untouched by the FSED. I gathered all that from the city council meeting that is going on right now.
