New development proposed for just south of Stephenson Park on 5th, to the east of Hidewaway.

Same developers as the Edmond Railyard.

Also, Park 17 on the west side of the park (with Nahsbird) will be adding Dolci Paradiso which sells gellato and patries. They have another location at 104th and S. May.

This is turning into a cool little urban enclave.

They are supposed to re-work the park at some point, but I haven't heard a start date. There may be a domino effect with waiting for the Tennis center to finish, so they can move the Pickleball Play to Kickingbird before they start the park.

I see construction activity often but it doesn't feel like anything is actually happening? I think they had to do a lot of underground work before getting to the actual building...

I'll get by there with my drone soon, maybe this weekend.

I don't think so.

I'll keep an eye out.

Looks like they are finished but I didn't see any signs of tenant build-out.

The last two images are from the back (south) end facing the parking lot.

This is really a nice little redevelopment project and that entire area around Stephenson Park is pretty great.
