Noticed this in someone's header and tried to read the vBulletin manual about infractions and rapidly decided that maybe it could be explained easier here if you have time, Pete or Martin.

What do the various parts of this mean and how does one get an infraction?

Also, thanks for implementing the feature where it shows that a post has been made and deleted, rather than just having deleted posts magically disappear.
