Looks like ground work is starting on the land along the south side of NW 10th, just east of the OnCue Express at I-40 and Czech Hall Rd. Any ideas what it is?

I'm wondering what that is as well. They're clearing a number of acres of land. Hopefully something more than just houses.

Yeah, that sign has been there for at least a couple years. I'm seeing some people in a Facebook group say apartments.
