Is there an issue with the search function? I can’t get it to consistently return accurate results. I was searching for the 21C Museum thread, so I put in 21C in the search box and got the message that nothing with 21C exists in the forum. I knew that wasn’t true, so I tried the advanced search function and put in 21C to search titles only and got the same message. Had to go through the threads to find the thread I knew existed, but search wasn’t returning.

Use the button on the menu bar titled "Topic Search".

Short words don't really work.

Instead of putting in "21c" put in "museum"; the title of the thread is 21c Museum Hotel.

Thanks for the tip, Pete. That worked. Guess I need to learn better/common sense search protocol.

Yeah, vBulletin (our software) is really quirky about some things. Unfortunately, not a lot that can be done because I often have the same frustration.

Personally, I use google and would do something like this: "21c museum hotel" site:okctalk.com. That usually gets way better results than OKCTalk's search function.
