There is a large parcel of land being graded and marked in this area. I heard duplexes but can’t find anything. I know Caseys has a permit for the corner but this is all the land south and west of the corner.

Anyone know what this is? It goes from the church on south end to Lawson Farms on the west side.

I usually turn left onto Council from Hefner on the way to work. I noticed that work going on and have wondered myself. I didn’t even know about Casey’s.

Anyone? Its razed. Houses, condos, townhomes or apts?

It's zoned R-2 so duplexes are a good bet.

Looks like the developer is Michael Love who also developed Ponderosa Estates at 122nd & Council and Silverhawk at NW 178th & Penn.

I'm quite sure the corner with be Casey's and the remainder will be some combination of homes and/or duplexes.

Ponderosa is houses and starts over $300k if not mistaken. So its likely a quality operation whatever they build. Good spot for duplexes. And thats how I see it Caseys on corner. Will be a premo spot for Caseys.
