Probably right, My hometown Lawton is losing population along with other smaller cities/town in SW Oklahoma. Few Jobs I suspect is the primary cause

Oklahoma college towns will take a big hit from the 2020 census, such as Norman and especially Stillwater. I doubt most college students saw any point in coming back from spring break to towns and colleges shutdown, unless they had to move out. I think all bets are off for Stillwater to make at least 50,000 and become Oklahoma's next metro.

Yep. We moved one daughter out of OU last Monday and my wife is in Colorado moving the other one out today.

Students who are living at home should be counted at their home address.
College students who live away from home should be counted at the on- or off- campus residence where they live and sleep most of the time, even if they are at home on April 1, 2020. If they live in housing designed for college students (such as dorms, or apartments with “by-the-bed” leases), they will be counted as part of the Group Quarters Operation. If they live off campus in housing that is not designed for college students (such as a private house or apartment), they should count themselves at that address.

I wonder if the current pandemic will hurt or help the census fill out? More people at home to fill it out with extra time but also no workers canvasing to ask people to fill it out. I am interested to see the numbers next year.

Did we have the digital option in 2010? I remember having to do it on a hard copy. Filling it out on the website is so fast and easy this time. Wonder if that will be a factor as well.

And you do not have to drive very far to find them. I feel like the results will be skewed this time. We are living through a world wide historical event. Bound to muck things up a bit.
