They have been in a state of remodeling or even reconstruction for years. Is anything happening with them?

A bump for interest. It looks like absolutely nothing is happening over there, and the speed limit along the curve was even changed the other month from a mandatory 30 (presumably to accompany the difficult, downhill driveways from the property) to an advisory 35 with a mandatory 40 in place.

I know they started comprehensive renovations but there hasn't been any movement for a while.
