A question had been asked about what is going in at Memorial and Everest (1400 E. Memorial) across from the new 7-11, it will be:

Parc Place Medical Resort. Skilled Nursing Rehab with Rapid Recovery Suites. Providing advanced medical care in a hospitality environment.

$8.5 million building permit, so this represents a pretty big investment].

NOt surprised about these kinds of investments. It's a big void we have in our market that is slowly being filled. The one over on 122nd and Western turned out real nice too.

This is actually an investment group located in Edmond. They have a few properties in Tulsa and Sapulpa.

So, this place is right east of a cemetery and now, for people who like a more environmentally conscious option, the Neptune Society (old California group circa 1970) has moved into the old Papa Johns location at E 33rd and Broadway. Interesting to see in this state. They were always viewed as pretty “hippie “ growing up.
