New restaurant in Moore @ 2713 S Service Rd, and one in Edmond.
Opened end of year where Chinese Buffet was. Went last night.
Good food, large portions (at least my meal) and Plenty of staff.
Large crowd when we arrived, but seated & food out prompt.
I'll be going back.

I went last weekend. They were on top of their game which was impressive since they had just opened. They will definitely be in my rotation.

I would say the opposite is true. The original Hidalgo's is pretty close to us and we've tried it three times, spread out over the time they've been open, and still prefer Alfredo's & Ted's. They usually look pretty busy so like you said, it just boils down to personal preference.
